Rates

We have two types of billing arrangements, “flat fee” and “by the hour.”

For “flat fee” engagements, we give you a fixed quote for the total fee to complete all of the work before we begin so you know exactly how much it will cost before you hire us. We usually require 1/2 of the flat fee to be paid before we begin and the balance upon completion.

In “by the hour” engagements our fee is based on the actual time spent performing legal services. Our paralegal rates range from $95 – $165 per hour, and attorney rates from $250 – $350 per hour. Before we begin the work we will give you a good faith estimate of how much time the engagement may take. We usually require a part of the estimated fee be paid in advance. We will give you monthly invoices containing a detailed description of the services rendered, including a date the work was performed and the time spent.
